Panacur Pet Paste Dog / Cat Injector 5gr is a special dewormer for dogs and cats.
This package contains 5gram Panacur divided into 18 units. 1 unit contains 50 mg Fenbendazole.
Panacur KH is a broad spectrum wormer, active against gastrointestinal nematodes, cestodes and giardia. Giardia is a common gastrointestinal parasite in dogs.
Note: Giardia is also very contagious for people (zoonosis)!
The active substance in Panacur is Fenbendazole, with the help of Methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate (E218) and Propyl-4-hydroxybenzoate (E216).
- Do not use in pregnant dogs until day 39.
- Do not use in pregnant cats.
Sometimes vomiting or mild diarrhea in treated animals.
If serious side effects are noted that are not mentioned in the leaflet, it is advisable to inform the veterinarian about this.
- Puppies can be dewormed at 2 - 4 - 6 - 8 weeks of age, then monthly until they are half a year old.
- Dogs from deworming on average 4x per year from 6 months onwards.
- Kittens can be wormed at 3 - 5 - 7 weeks of age, then monthly until they are half a year old.
- Kittens deworming on average 4x per year from 6 months onwards.
Panacur Pet Past has 18 adjustable units. Each unit corresponds to 50 mg Fenbendazole. Panacur Pet Paste is suitable for animals up to 6 kg body weight, regardless of the age of the animal. If the body weight is more than 6kg use more than 1 injector.
Dosage adult cats:
- Up to 2kg body weight: Daily 3 units, for 2 days.
- 2.1 to 4 kg body weight: 6 units daily, for 2 days.
- 4.1 to 6 kg body weight: 9 units daily, for 2 days.
Dosage kittens, puppies and adult dogs:
- Up to 0.9 kg body weight: Daily 1 unit, for 3 days.
- 1.0 to 2 kg body weight: 2 units daily for 3 days.
- 2.1 to 3 kg body weight: 3 units daily for 3 days.
- 3.1 to 4 kg body weight: 4 units daily for 3 days.
- 4.1 to 5 kg body weight: 5 units daily for 3 days.
- 5.1 to 6 kg body weight: 6 units daily for 3 days.
For oral administration. Dietary measures are not necessary.
For the administration of Panacur Pet Paste it is wise to determine as accurate a weight as possible in order to achieve the required dosage.

The Panacur Pet Paste was easy to apply to our puppy. You have to use it for three days in a row, but that's been a good thing for our dog. The paste also seems to have tasted our dog (I can not judge :)).

Answer: Panacur PetPaste. For animals: dogs, cats. Active ingredient: fenbendazole. For the treatment of infections with gastrointestinal nematodes in kittens and cats as well as in dog puppies and dogs.
