I did not expect much from the rack because of other reviews, but this is really disappointing. First: all the hay just falls out of the rack, I solved that with a cardboard. Second: the rack falls very easily. I have now fastened it with tiewraps. And finally, the edge of the lid is way too sharp, so that when I put hay into the rack, I get cut into my hand until I end. If a rabbit also tries to lift the lid (which is easy to do), it will also get a cut in its nose. The lid does not close easily either. A lid can be handy, but then you have to do it well. So I don't think it is a user-friendly rack and I will not recommend it.

Fine rack, but the mesh is very big. As a result, the hay falls out of the rack too quickly. In addition, it must be secured extra, otherwise it will be pushed from the bars.

The hay of my rabbit is now also dry when the boulder is raining hard. Delivery time was a bit long but definitely worth it.

Unfortunately, I did not receive the lid. Called immediately. It would be checked if that lid was still in the warehouse and if not then 1 would be ordered. I would still hear how and what via the mail. Is now 2 to 3 weeks ago, nothing more heard .... Should I call again, annoying! The hay rack is always pushed by the rabbits, difficult. Now I've fastened it, but now I can not easily take it out. The rabbits also just pull the hay out completely, so what is the use of such a thing?
