The screw and nut were missing from the stem, super service and personal service from Agradi and they sent soon after. Nice big manure fork but broke within a month when I scraped poop together, broke off where the handle goes in the manure fork. That really surprised me. It is also very useful for shoveling lumps of grass from your garden. I ordered a new one anyway because I still have the stem. If it breaks again it will go back to 1 star because no matter how handy it is, if it breaks it is of no use.
