The chain itself is completely fine, but it turns out that when ordering 2 of the same chains there is a minimal difference in length, which meant that the 2nd one just did not fit properly (too small). Fortunately, customer service was helpful.

This is a sturdy leather dog leash with snap hook. The leather is of good quality, however, on the wide side and that takes some getting used to. It has a good quality carabiner.

Length = shorter; links thin; ring quickly broken; would get money back and again had to order larger (with shipping costs!). Have been given the same size: warranty. Via DPD in a big box! Could also have been in a bubble envelope!
