I bought this cover because the pin of the ball was always missing, now I don't have this problem. They bite the cover and pull it but not yet see a crack.

Unfortunately, the cover did not last long. I bought this cover for my mare to play with, unfortunately she tore open the cover with her teeth. Whereby my mare is very extreme. Use the cover anyway, as the ball is still protected and I can spare me this purchase at least.
