Solid ball shooter, we just don't fully understand the adjustment. It does not give a consistent result per setting. Try a little more. We do not use the supplied balls, as they are no match for shepherd jaws.

Very nice and solid product. Unfortunately the batteries are a bit weak, but with the included adapter the balls shoot far away. Just practice with the dogs and then they can get started!
