Horseware Varilayer Liner 250g Navy/Silver 115/165 product description
The Horseware Vari-Layer Liner is a bottom of smooth polyester and has a 250 grams filling. This blanket is equipped with the Vari-Layer technology. The Vari-layer technology uses extra layers of thermal fiber over the back and hip, which ensures that the heat is retained with less weight. Both the outside and the inside are made of polyester and therefore reduce the risk of abrasion and pressure marks. The blanket has a single chest closure.
This Horseware Liner can be attached to various Horseware blankets. Both the Rambo, Amigo and Rhino blankets. These different blankets have the Horseware Liner System, this means that there are additional rings on the blankets where the liners can easily be attached to. In addition, the liner with clips can be attached to the back of the blanket. With this liner you can turn your rain blanket into a warm outdoor winter blanket in no time (Note, not all blankets have this linersystem).
The 250 gram filling consists of fiberfill and is made of a hollow polyester filling and is also called 'pile filling'. An important feature of this filling is that it always registers the original thickness and structure. Due to the thermo effect the blanket keeps body heat and the cold outside. The filling consists of several layers, allowing warm air to circulate between the horse and the outer material of the blanket. This provides extra air circulation and absorption of excess body heat. The liners can be washed in a normal washing machine, so you have to wash your outdoor blanket less often, so the waterproof coating and the breathability decrease less quickly.

The blanket is very easy to connect to your other blanket, has a good fit and fits nicely. The blanket has a limited number of fastening points so that it does not always sit in the right place during removal.

I switched to this system with Horseware liner for all my 3 horses this year and am very satisfied, I would do it again and again. It could not be easier, great material, easy to clean and therefore washable in the washing machine at home. You save the ceiling washing service.

Due to the Vari-layer system every Horseware corner is optimally adaptable. Perfect for open stable horses. Fit slightly tighter than the covers. Have both the usual size in a different filling and this blanket a size larger. My horse seems to be exactly between the two sizes. Nevertheless, the ceiling does not slip after a long test is only slightly looser here.

Question: Does the horseware vari-layer liner also fit under the horseware amigo bravo PONY blanket? Or can there only be the normal pony liners underneath?
Answer: These blankets also fit under a Horseware blanket with attachment eyes at the shoulder. The Amigo Bravo has such attachment eyes.

Question: If I have an Amigo-Bravo blanket in 160 cm, in which size do I take the underlay? In 160 cm or 155 cm? Does this apply to all Horseware undercovers?
Answer: For all VariLayer suspended ceilings Horseware recommends to choose a ceiling size smaller than the rain or winter cover. All standard liners can be the same size.
