The dimensions of these tracks are really very unclear. M does NOT stand for medium, but for MEN. L does NOT stand for large, but for LADIES. Agradi gives 2 different answers to questions from others. So they don't know themselves. So I (girls) ordered M. Turns out to be an advantage, because now they also fit with track guards.
