Both my cats have this collar and it fits nicely. Due to the elastic insert, the strap is not too tight, even when they play and get caught in it once.

The bandages are quite short but just doable for a small pony. They are easy to use.

also nice for my mini, looks great and feels good. not clear which color you ordered, I went looking for the dark blue and I went through the whole row until he indicated the right color. when I got it, it was still the wrong one, kept because they matched my other set but annoying.
