Fast delivery, the upper part of the surcingle has wool but the lower part (strap) is not the same material (elastic material). For the size, fits a horse perfectly

Thanks to its synthetic toupee material, it is very pleasant for horses and does not bother them in any way and it has many rings which is very practical for adjustments.
