Nice shoes! They are comfortable and fit well. I don't think these will be as comfortable with wider ankles/feet. I don't have wide ankles or feet and they are already a bit tighter on my ankles, but for me they are not uncomfortably tight. Zipper opens and closes well. For now, only in the house. I usually wear size 37 in sandals and size 38 in sneakers and I also took size 38 with this one.
