The bit is nicely located in my horse's mouth. He is certainly not too fat and is well accepted. Horse reacts great to it.

Bought bit to try out but was very thick. My horse couldn't close his mouth anymore. This also makes it very unfriendly bit for horses with a sensitive jaw. Perhaps to be used for horses that have difficulty with pressure on the tongue.
