We have an 18 year old horse with osteoarthritis and a 6 year old horse. When I first had the blanket I only used it occasionally: so when I knew I was going to train (or had trained) or the night before a match. It helped a little, but not much. For several months now I put it on EVERY night, and what a difference! My 18-year-old has always been very rough, and now he is bucking in the meadow, making very smooth short turns, and so on. Driving is also easier! I use it preventively with the 6-year-old, because he also participates in sports. So every night preventively, and after training for recovery. They also wash easily.

Blanket works perfectly. With a few hours of building up my horse responded at least to it. When I left him all night, he worked perfectly. Normally a bit stiff with warm driving but now he starts equally well.
