Due to an injury followed by a bacterium, my horse was almost standing still for 3 months. Especially in the last 2 weeks when he was well ill, he got terribly bothered by thick stable legs. His hind legs were so thick that it no longer had any shape. Clay lit up slightly, but his legs remained thick. I bought these barn protectors and that was a bull's-eye. The first 3 days you can use them for a maximum of 4 hours, because you have to build up the use. After the first four hours his stable legs were almost gone. Pieces slimmer with only some fluid accumulations, but in any case form in his legs. After 3 days 4 hours and 3 days full time, I abandoned them because I was allowed to rebuild slowly (15 to 20 minutes a day) and despite the little movement, the stable legs did not return. Not even on his days off. Are a bit big. I have size L for the hind legs (KWPN-er a 1.65 m tall, normal legs), but the protectors are at their very best. It is that I needed them immediately, otherwise I would have preferred to exchange them for a size M. Anyway, despite the large dropouts, they will stay in place very well. Do not descend, do not turn and also great to keep when your horse is in a paddock. Also ideal to use as transport protectors.

I swear on these stable leggings from Back on Track! My mare has high-grade arthrosis and often walks herself while walking. She wears the stable leggings 24/7 in the open stable and that works great, even in bad weather! She also runs much better when she wears the leggings. Highly recommended and worth the money!

Easy to put on, stay in place and help with injury recovery.

Since a week I use these stable protectors for stable legs. And it helps! For now no result visible that the galls disappear, I use them too short for that. I'm curious about the final result, as I read in the reviews, the galls are different.

After having been used several times, unfortunately no result against gallen. Also not really sturdy which makes them sink quickly.

We ordered the stable leggings for the Opi, great fit, great material, value for money. I am very convinced of Back and Track and the legs of the Opi have gotten better in the West, I can highly recommend for older horses who need to wear stable leggings that do not pinch off or fat legs in the wrong piece.
Is it wise to take a size up for the hind legs - so for one kwpner of 174 l for the front and xl for the rear - or just 2 xl?
